Job Title: Religious Education Administrator – Part Time - St. Joseph Parish 

General Description: The Religious Education Administrator is responsible for implementing and overseeing a narrowly conceived religious education formation program or one facet of a total parish program. The classification typically supervises volunteer staff, recruits catechists, plans and chairs meetings, coordinates safe environment programs, schedules classes and facilities, orders materials and books; and, in general, carries out program organizational details for the Pastor and staff. Certification in a lay ministry program and basic religious education experience desirable. Pay is $15-$18/hr based on experience.

Qualification Requirements: Must have excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written, verbal, one-on-one, group settings, telephone, etc.), and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and trainable in database management software. Must also have strong organizational and planning skills, be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, detail oriented, self-directed, and a willing team player.

St. Joseph’s School is seeking a full-time Information Technology Specialist.  The position would include the following duties--installation, troubleshooting and repair of computers/chromebooks, operating as Google Admin, creating and maintaining databases for all educational software and programs, help with the student information system and its functions, teaching technology concepts to students, working with teachers and classroom operations.  Pay is negotiable.  Experience in Computer Sciences is a plus, education experience is another advantage.
